praktisch für einen Kurzaufenthalt, wir haben es gewählt, weil wir den Mietwagen am Flughafen abgegeben haben, Es gibt 2 x pro Stunde eine Shuttle zum Flughafen und 2 x retour.
Großes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Alles bestens.
Ein paar Haken mehr im Badezimmer wären super, aber das ist ein übliches Hotel Problem.

I had to stay over in Montreal last minute for a flight the next morning. The hotel was great for this as it had a direct shuttle and was nearby. It was clean and quiet.

The room that was initially given to us had a broken toilet. The queue on reception was so huge that we had to wait for 1 hr to give the complaint and get the replacement. We were given the room at extreme end of the property whereas there were rooms available in the middle. Initially, we were refused a replacement stating that there are limited rooms but then when I raised concerns as toilet was not working repeatedly, we were given a replacement room. We were already tired from a long day and then we had to waste around 1-2 hrs for this.

We were on the first floor and the room’s doors are very close together. We heard doors bang all night and people talking in the hallway annd running. After more than an hour, I opened our door to see who was talking in the hallway for ever. Two young teenagers sitting in the hallway having conversation, I told them we had very early flight the next morning could they go inside their room. It was like a dorm. Why did the front desk assigned our room with a group of traveling teenagers. This could have been avoided by the hotel staff. There are plenty of rooms. Had an early morning bc Shuttles is every hour. Modern rooms nice bathrooms.

Great service at this clean hotel! We arrived with 10+ luggage, a child and a cat, and the staff immediately helped us unload and get settled, and kept going until we were off the shuttle at the airport. Couldn’t have asked for better. The restaurant was nice too (service and food). Comfortable and clean rooms. Five stars!

Inadequate charging + plug outlets
Fridge didnt cool at all no matter the interior cool dial
Security bolt locks on entrance door barely hanging on
TV power on has to be retried several times to work
And shift to English immediately returned to French when went back to channel being watched
Shower difficult to afix in proper spray direction.
In general, "dated" room and amenities in it
