Loved the room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast great as well with great staff at the hotel. Would have enjoyed more personal items in their accommodation store ie Tylenol for example. Overall, I certainly recommend this lovely hotel!

Parking was charged extra, that was uncalled for. And there was no complementary breakfast on deluxe room just because the booking was through Expedia. It is not at all acceptable.

Did not like the staff reception desk lady who roomed us she was not honest about no rooms available when we arrived the hotel While another friend arrived with us at the same time and the other receptionist just gave them a nice close room without any pretending ghere are no rooms available that early check in

That we had to use the lobby refrigerator was an inconvenience. We had to wait for reception staff to get our food back. Every room should have a mini fridge as all other hotels have. Coffeemate cream is big real food please provide real half and half
