They were very hospitable! Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. The only thing I would recommend is having 24/7 complimentary coffee for guests who arrive late or are leaving before breakfast.

The only thing missing was hand cream/lotion in the room. All hotels usually provide hand cream, & I really missed not having any. Otherwise the place was great. Staff were amazing.

I paid extra for a suite, the room was nice but it was located right above the main lobby doors. I heard the front doors open and close every single time. Ended up having a horrible sleep.

Staff were great. Hotel is dated with thin walls. Bad smell especially in lobby with cleaning solution being used daily. Tonys restaurant was excellent. Hotel Needs updating.

The hotel staff did not clean our room.
The bathroom offered one little bar of soap other than the dispensers located
on the bathtub which were empty. The room smelt very musty and had to open the window to air out the room.
Overall for the price I was very disappointed and doubt I would stay again. Also I had booked and paid for two nights stay. The hotel only had us staying for one night and called me several times to confirm our reservation then informed me that I was past check out time and I had to explain again and provide proof that I was booked and had paid through Expedia for two nights. It was very disappointing to go through this.

Unfortunately check-in took approximately 45 minutes as there was only one staff member on duty. Having to check in customers, answer the phone and various other duties. It was not the fault of the receptionist but the hotel only having one staff member was unacceptable.
