Room was unfinished.

Older motel that is being renovated and may turn out well - time will tell. The rate was very low which reflected the conditions. The room we got was ground floor as requested but unfinished, no hangers, no mirror and VERY poor breakfast. Probably the most basic limited breakfast i've ever experienced. We rebooked into a different motel for our next visit

I almost never write reviews, but I feel I have to for this property. The property is currently being renovated and I think there is a name change as the sign out front did not read Capri motor inn. I understand that there would be renovation equipment in the hallways in the stairwells, but the room itself was quite dirty, and certain things like the screen on the window was not working. The worst thing about this motel was that I noticed some itchy bumps appear on my arms, neck and shoulders the evening after my first night that began to get much more itchy the next day. It is a parent that this place has bedbugs. I can’t seem to submit photos of the bedbug bites on this site. Will need to disinfect my entire luggage when I get home.

We had booked 2 queen beds, upon arrival we went to check in and were told two doubles or come back at 3 and get two queens. So we went back at 3 and were told yes two queens until payment was completed then they said two doubles. So we asked for a refund and was told only 1 night out of two would be refunded. But I wasn't ok with that being lied too twice. Eventually we were given a full refund and then booked a beautiful suite elsewhere.

Worst hotel I have stayed in in 20 years. Parking is not secure, rooms unclean, towels dirty, place is under construction and beat up. 0 stars.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. Rooms are still being rented even though renovations aren’t complete. We had to request they put covers on the light switches for safety reasons. There were paint splatters on the floor.

Nice and clean room at good reasonable price. Friendly staff. Will stay again for sure .

Motel name on Expedia did not match name displayed at motel, and from the curb, the hotel appeared closed, so I thought I was at the wrong place. It is undergoing renovations. Free breakfast, but very basic.

The room we got had 3 beds with 2 separate rooms off of the main one. Perfect setup for our needs. The overall condition of the hotel needs work, but they are in the process of renovations.

I understand a hotel going through renovations. However, this hotel needs to shut down while they do that. The rooms really should have been uninhabitable. The saving grace was the bed was comfortable. Had to have maintenance, and chisel out my door frame, so the door would actually close and be secured. Not a great experience at all.

Great in-house restaurant! Spacious room, comfortable beds, friendly staff! Recommend!

i didnt like any thing about this property. dryed blood on the bathroom wall. hair on the floor and in the bathroom.the screen in the window and the bottom latch on the window was broken. it is not going to be the carpi anymore.went with another company. i for sure will not stay there.

Being renovated while still renting. Room not made up and buggy do to missing screen. Paint spills and dusty.

Very neat and tidy room, nice and clean beds . Staff is very nice. Everything is very nice . It’s worth staying there.

Construction debris in the hallway. A pail of something toxic with warning symbols next to our door. Holes in our walls that were poorly patched and unpainted. Back exit was wide open through construction area. Front desk staff was also trying to stock breakfast, which meant that breakfast didn’t get stocked. We had originally planned to stay there again on our return and decided to cancel. Baseboards missing in our room. Dirty handprints on the wall. Some of the towels were dirty. Need I continue? I think you get the message. If you ever wondered what it would be like to work on a rig and stay in camp, check this place out.

Hotel was being renovated while we were there, room we stayed in was not fully done. Staff was good

Overall it wasn’t too bad but It’s undergoing renovations and it’s quite filthy and unsafe at the moment. We kept scraping ourselves from the undone panelling along around the floor and metal popping out of the bed base. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly.

The motel name is not Capri, the sign says SureStay, the sign is barely lit, needs some new bulbs, the place is undergoing renovations, the doors to the parking lot aren’t secure, anyone could walk in. We had the family room with 3 beds which was really great for 3 kids but no dishes or washing supplies for the kitchenette. Paid $135 for the night but if I had known what the property was like I wouldn’t have paid more than $90.
