The biggest asset for this hotel is its staff. Kudos to Peter who took time to call me on the phone while I was attending an event informing me that there was spot for EV charging for my vehicle indoor. For him to be that thoughtful is big deal to a guest like me.
I want to rate their breakfast as 10/10. It is not just the usual breakfast. There was a LOT to choose from plus ready lunch boxes for those who need on the go food. I highly recommend the Business Inn.

Huge room, although the bed tv didn’t work. Full kitchen and living room so can’t complain about it much else. Good location and close to a Main Street with shops and restaurants nearby

This is easily one of the best hotel for the price. You have a spacious room with kitchenette, possibility to have a indoor parking (for winter this is priceless) and a continental breakfast included. It was situated right down town Ottawa and 10 minutes walk from the Rideau canal for staking.

Came to Ottawa a day early for a conference. The Business Inn is clean, well-equipped, the suite was large, the breakfast excellent and the price was great. Would recommend it to anyone.
