Fantastic place to stay. The location was within walking distance of so many landmarks, the hotel was clean, rooms were spacious, the breakfast was amazing (breakfast sandwiches, egg bites, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, toast, cereal, waffles and more), and the little go-bags with water, cookies and granola bars were the icing on the cake! Add in affordable parking and little perks like partial refunds for not using housekeeping; we wouldn't think twice about booking again!

Accueil très chaleureux à notre arrivée et on a été surclassé, c'était vraiment top, c'était un appart de 50 M2 avec tout le nécessaire. Très bon petit déjeuner, compliqué de le prendre dans la salle, car trop de monde, mais on peut le ramener dans la chambre ce qui a été parfait.

The hotel is very old and needs painting. Dining room very small. Hallways are dark. Room was clean and price was right. will return but is not 5 stars by any means. Breakfast bring up to your room. I suggest you bring a tray with you and back to your room. Plenty to eat.

Our unit had not been fully renovated but it was very clean and quiet. Great location lots of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs in the area. 10-15 minite walk to War memorial, Parliament and Rideau Centre. Excellent breakfast.

A beautifully maintained property with the kindest staff. You won't find a comparable hotel with proper service at a price better than at the business inn. Each suite is outfitted with a surprising range of appliance for your comfort (even a PC with printer!). The free breakfast is a great bonus with fresh and delicious choices.

The only problem I faced is the parking. It seems that there is a problem with your parking application. Every time I get assigned a new parking spot (outside), when I leave and come back, I find the lot taken by another car

I was travelling with my daughters and we stopped there for a night. The central location close to downtown, the clean, spacious room, the nice, clean bathroom having enough towels for all of us were only a few highlights of what we enjoyed in our stay. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the room view. Too bad that it had a wall of windows because the nearby building was very close so we couldn’t really open the curtains. Maybe some privacy foil on the windows would make the large windows more practical.
Another great thing about our stay was the complementary breakfast. It had a large variety of excellent food.
