A beautifully maintained property with the kindest staff. You won't find a comparable hotel with proper service at a price better than at the business inn. Each suite is outfitted with a surprising range of appliance for your comfort (even a PC with printer!). The free breakfast is a great bonus with fresh and delicious choices.

The only problem I faced is the parking. It seems that there is a problem with your parking application. Every time I get assigned a new parking spot (outside), when I leave and come back, I find the lot taken by another car

I was travelling with my daughters and we stopped there for a night. The central location close to downtown, the clean, spacious room, the nice, clean bathroom having enough towels for all of us were only a few highlights of what we enjoyed in our stay. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the room view. Too bad that it had a wall of windows because the nearby building was very close so we couldn’t really open the curtains. Maybe some privacy foil on the windows would make the large windows more practical.
Another great thing about our stay was the complementary breakfast. It had a large variety of excellent food.

Our unit had not been fully renovated but it was very clean and quiet. Great location lots of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs in the area. 10-15 minite walk to War memorial, Parliament and Rideau Centre. Excellent breakfast.

Best check-in ever. I didn’t get his name, but the clerk was super friendly and I got upgraded to a fabulous suite. We were very happy with everything. Breakfast was way better than a typical hotel breakfast.

Stayed in huge room with 2 massive beds and plenty room including small kitchen. Very clean with good included breakfast and something more hotels should have cupboards in hall where can help yourself to extra towels and other essentials. Parked on site where have both surface and underground parking (payable per night). Easy walk to city centre and 10 minute walk to light rail station where took train to Ottawa Titans game. No complaints and decent value for money for location in a capital city. Ottawa itself exceeded our expectations.
