Same problem with the showers from when they were Cambridge Suites. The shower handle is on the opposite end from where you get in. You can't adjust the shower unless you are in it, and the hot water is scalding hot.
That was the only negative. Positives include: very comfy bed, room cleanliness, and I love the blackout shades they added!

The renovations are nice. We thought the beds were too soft and the room heating was tricky. It was either too cold or too hot. We wish the restaurant and/or room service were more extensive. We arrived after 9pm and there was no food available.

In years past there was no charge for parking on the hotel lot. Now they charge a fee for parking. This is the only hotel in Sydney that charges for parking. The cost for the night was expensive for Sydney and should have included parking.

All excellent with exception of sercice in restaurant morning of Dec 27th.
This is NOT a reflection of the chef of waitress but caused by fact thet were the ONLY two on duty.They were doing best they could
45 mininutes from order to seving.
Mgt has to ensure proper staffing.

Room is small, matress too soft with concave in the middle. Lots of crows outside made it really loud for 2 nights. Service is good. Location good.
