I recently stayed at Simon Hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with spacious rooms that provide plenty of comfort and privacy. My bedroom was particularly large and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep.
The on-site restaurant is fantastic — the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet refined. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warmer parts of the day.
The location couldn’t be better. Whether you’re exploring the city or travelling for work, everything you need is close by. But what truly sets Simon Hotel apart is the outstanding service. The staff were professional, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure every part of my stay was perfect.
I highly recommend Simon Hotel and will definitely be returning.

In general the stay was great with an exception of it being kept much too cold in the hallways & dining room areas. Room temperature could be adjusted but other areas were not. I personally believe they should think about how their customers feel & even their own staff.

Very well done on the renovations but the property still subtly shows its age. Some soundproofing would be good as the closing doors are very loud and the door hardware in the room could be changed/upgraded. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to give our preferred rooms. A busy check-in area was quickly handled by the staff. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and parking was easy to get in and out.

No breakfast was included. Did not like being in the basement. It was very noisy in the hallways because of housekeeping back and forth. Room not ready until 4 pm. This is kind of late for check in. I hate the holding fee on our credit card.

The hotel is in a good location on the waterfront with walking options. The parking is very accessible and safe.
We recommend this hotel to stay for an overnight to catch the ferry next day. The take out breakfast option was very helpful. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
