Bathroom need serious restauration

No plug for the bath tub and very, very, very loud all day and particularly at night. Several sports teams were in residence and were clogging the hallways day and night. Parents standing around drinking coffee and gossiping and letting their kids play floor hockey in the hallways. We informed front desk, and they came up once, but situation didn’t change. Constant ball noise, kids climbing the snowbanks in back at dawn and screaming. Breakfast included was meagre and unappetizing. Might be okay if not inundated by screaming teenagers and gossiping parents, but it’s a stretch. Will absolutely not stay again.

A besoin d un meilleur entretien et plus de propreté en général. Déjeuner manque de bouffe et de varieté. Pas de surveillance adéquate.

La chambre etait tres confortable, mais manque de service au niveau du personnel qui nous on pas fourni assez de serviette et débarbouillettes, fallu aller demander a 2 reprises des serviettes, car il nous en avait pas donner et ce meme a notre premiere demande. De plus, laccès a la piscine a ete laborieux la dame a la reception navait pas lair vraiment vouloir nous ouvrir et aucun sourire.

La salle de bain est à refaire et le petit déjeuner est minimaliste

Room was not clean would not use the shower.

Staff were excellent

I had a room with a door connecting the next room. Would be ok if the door would shut airtight. I could hear every single move from the person next door. When I walked in the lobby some of the breakfast table were dirty and the next morning they were still dirty.

Air conditioning did not work, sink in bathroom was ridiculously tiny.

It was nice place to stay and very clean and good choice for breakfast

Breakfast served was enough only for the half of the guests . It was already empty at 8am, despite to be opened until 10 am

Air conditionné qui sentait beaucoup l’humidité, plancher de la chambre et de la salle de bain mouillé, toilettes qui fuyait dans la cuve donc elle n’arrête jamais de se remplir, lit inconfortable et insonorisation insuffisante à comparer mes autres expériences

Très bel hôtel ,bon Acceuil! Déjeuner au to .L’hitel est très bien placé!
