The hotel looks a little dated from the outside but the room was very modern and spotless. Extremely quiet, very comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

We had a great stay. The staff was very accommodating and professional. The only issue i had was the cigarette butts and the smoking at the front entrance. Definitely gave me the wrong impression about the Hotel. Aside from that, I would return to this Hotel.

I don't plan to stay at this hotel again. When I pay $230 per night for a room, I don't expect to be charged a $150 deposit on my card as well. This is uncommon in my experience

Felt dirty as i walked in. Checked in anyway. Waking to room street check in there was garbage here and there in hallway, get to run and a visible line of crud at doorsil on floor. Get into room and they have us wrong room. Once got to right room it wasn't any better. Will not stay again.

Have stayed here many times. This time the hotel lobby and hallways were disgustingly dirty. There were blankets and garbage under the stairs by back entrance. In the morning we had no water the city had shut it off.

We will never stay here again.
I have been staying at this hotel for more than 40 years. I have left a LOT of money here.
It's a great property, in great condition, in a great location.
However, it seems to have been taken over by new management who have unpleasant policies.
We were downgraded on check-in. They are NOT PET FRIENDLY. They reluctantly accept pets, for a fee, while treating us like second class guests.
Never again.

The reno is fantastic, and the place is really nice. The restaurant is horrendous. The food is under par, the staff are either far too eager, or completely ignore you. Honestly, eat somewhere else, it's not worth the time. The hotel otherwise is top notch.
