Upon check-in, 2 staff members were on the phone so only 1 other was available. She continued her PERSONAL conversation with another person while I stood waiting to check-in. I’ve stayed here many times and usually it’s pretty good but that was annoying. It’s always hit and miss with VIP perks.

Everything was good. Just the floors were dirty. Needed to be mopped. Also there was no complimentary breakfast. For $230 a night, anyone would expect a free breakfast

Dirty. Garbage was left by housekeeping on every floor in front of guest rooms. The end of the hall on the 4th floor had an ice machine, garbages were stacked here and leaking on the floor, causing a mess and considerable stink. The police were called and there were people fighting all night. Horrible stay for an expensive hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. It looked
as it has undergone a Nice renovation. However, there seems to be no attention to detail, i.e.over-flowing garbages, artwork not straight, and cigarette butts and trash littered the front entrance. At 3:00 AM someone on our floor was beating loudly on their door and a female was screaming like someone was killing her. Very unsettling. Then at 3:30 the fire alarm went off for a long time before it was shut off by the fire dept. Lots of unsettling commotion and not a lot of sleep.
