Firstly, i booked the deluxe king size room. They gave use a double queen size room! They gave away our room to evacuated from the fires! Bathroom floor was filty, toe nails in the corners! Pool area was filthy, wet towels everywhere and no clean towels. Broken tile in the hot tub. Carpets in the hallway were covered with food.

I'm not so sure about the crazy shower head contraption though. Not much pressure and you needed a tutorial to figure it all out.

Our room was clean, spacious and well suited for our family of 4. We appreciated the pool side room for our little one's birthday party and also appreciated that quiet hour was enforced right at 11pm. I wanted to comment on the cleanliness of the pool area. I do understand not having a lifeguard on duty, but I do wonder if a pool attendant would help keep the area clean and safe for guests. There was a large mucky brown puddly area around the stairs that I didn't even want my boys to have to walk through. There was no attention gave to it through our entire stay- 24 hours. In other hotels, pool attendants squeegee the area often to keep it safe AND clean. I really think this would make guests more comfortable. I also wish we would have known about having to rent tables outside of our room. I know other guests in poolside rooms felt the same way as they asked us where we got our table from (we had to bring from home). I saw many people taking plastic chairs and tables from the pool area- which is understandable, but takes away from people being able to use them around the pool. Otherwise, the room was fantastic and the staff were lovely!

Great hotel with great service. My room was really spacious, the bed was comfortable and I loved the heated floor in the bathroom.
The food in the restaurant was delicious with fast and friendly service.
I did a lecture in the private dining room and the service was flawless. I hardly noticed the server coming and going. She was very efficient.
I didn’t use the pool and hot tub area but it looked like fun.
