As a hotel guest, the service was excellent. Room very clean and quiet. Pool area clean and serviced. Food in bar is connected to kitchen so not just bar food, really good food! Security was vigilant. Staff friendly and accomodating.

We had extended our stay.booked again on the site. We got moved to another room, after packing everything and went to the front desk. We had to check out and check back in. Then was told we could stay in the same room and go back upstairs. Went back to the room. Got comfortable again and was about to get in the shower and phone rang. It was front desk to say that we were being moved to another room. So repack suitcase again. After a few hours in the lobby we were able to go to the new room.we had to pay damage deposit again and told that it would be a few days before the first one for the room to be refunded. Couldn't use the same deposit.unpacked and ready to take a shower. I got one leg into the shower then fell in the shower and hurt my shoulder badly. I hadn't realized that the bathtub was very slippery, it wasn't like that in the other room.Notified front desk. I was on the bed, couldn't move my arm, they didn't help much, just sent up a plastic bag and told to get ice on the 6th floor.was on 4th floor .I could hardly move.I couldn't even dress myself at the time. Wasn't even asked if i was alright, or offered help, or to send for ambulance. Wouldn't call a taxi or offer to pay for it to go to emerge. It is because of this that made it a bad experience. Usually enjoyed staying there.

Very unwelcoming to breastfeeding. They called or knocked 3 times between 11-11:15 to ask us to leave and each time is explained I was in the middle of breastfeeding my 7 week old baby and described that it’s difficult to time when and how long she will feed. As a first time mom, I’m sure they could have given more leeway then 15 minutes. I ended up cutting my feed short and finishing in the truck. We will never stay again. Breastfeeding mothers beware.

I was woken up at 2:30am by hotel staff knocking on the door and asking me to leave because they heard “complaints” about my room. I said they had the wrong room because it was just my 8 year old daughter and I sleeping. The staff realized they were wrong and left. NO ONE came to apologize for disrupting our sleep (we had an early flight) it for scaring my daughter! I’ve never experienced something like this at a hotel and will never be staying there again.
