Our room in tower 2 was spacious and well-designed. Hotel seemed very new and fresh. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Convenient to attractions downtown and close to many good restaurants.

I had an amazing stay. People was always nice, there is a restaurant on the 1st floor. The room was serviced daily. Breakfast was also included. Such a great stay.

We had a one night stay here and it was excellent ! The staff were very attentive and helpful . The hotel had a lovely modern decor and was very well finished & was located on the very pretty main square very close to all the amenities

Very nice hotel in the centre of Punta Arenas, amazing and helpful English speaking staff at the reception (especially Andrea). Comfortable beds, hot and cold water by the elevator available all day long, Harbour, shops, restaurants all within walking distance. Repeatable but tasty and sufficient breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We were fortunate to be in Tower 2 with a wonderful view of the sea. The room was spacious and newly updated with individually controlled thermostats. We later found out that the rooms in Tower 1 still needed to be updated and there was no air conditioning! So ask for Tower 2! Breakfast was included and had a wide variety to choose from!

They mixed up our rooms / had only one room when two were reserved . Miraculously found the second room when I showed them the print out. No explanation, No room service
NY Eve dinner reservation was also lost ( had to show
Voucher) to get seated then terrible service

Excellent hotel and location. Many flight crew stayed here also. Overall great location and stay. We needed two bed and selected the upgraded room upon online booking but still needed to negotiate the “upgrade” on arrival which was accommodated without paying more again.

Everything was great except:
1. The bed was bouncy ( it moves way too much)
2. The police should have been called because of all the loud racing car that drive around the park all night long — until 4-5 am. I had thee worst night sleep ever because of all that car racing noise.

For one of the highest end hotels in PA, surprising that rooms lack coffee-makers, fridge, microwaves, wash-cloths, pretty much the basics of most classy hotels.
