There are no shops or other stores nearby. A long way from the city. Room had a musty smell. Carpets are very old. Had a problem with the safe.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Had complimentary breakfast. Room was spacious.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Great room service for dinner as we couldn't go out due to having our little boy already asleep.
The breakfast was also a highlight, with tasty food and great variety.

One of the best La Quinta hotels I’ve stayed at, staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and room was spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is also located very conveniently from the Santiago airport and they provided complimentary airport shuttle service, which was easy to schedule and drivers were very courteous. Would recommend!

Good swimming pool and gym. But the room is under equipped for the price - no tea or coffee maker or cups even to make in the microwave. The internet only last an hour so you have to keep Rae-registering which is annoying, and no reading lamp over the bed. Also would be nice to have instructions on TV use and some local information.

Excellent service for free shuttle to and from the airport when booked in advance. Approx 5-10 min drive. Great breakfast spread but no gluten free options aside from fruits, cheese, eggs, ham. But was offered an omelette so that helped! I think the room service meal options were very expensive but had no other way to eat!
