Great hotel,the new concierge made us feel very welcome.

Nice hotel close to public transport. Rooms were well set up and newly renovated.

Really helpful staff and allowed an early check in free of charge without even asking. Room was nice but bathroom was a little dirty. About a 30 minute walk into shopping street. About a 10 minute walk to a subway to the forbidden city

The staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Public areas and room are very clean. The food is very good for both Chinese food lovers and western food lovers. More options with coffee. Walkable distance to subway, railway stations and bus stations. The area is safe. Only the bathroom is not convenient. big class windows make no privacy for changing clothes.

The area surrounding the hotel is good for sight seeings. But since it is in the heart of governmental admin area, it lacks of local lives in the sense of real local food (you can find quite a bit of tourist food) Be prepare to do quite a bit if walking and the area is hugh!

I got a free upgrade and obviously because they failed to provide the room type that I booked. And the chambermaid is very polite and friendly. Receptionist are well manner and the hotel is right at the heart of Beijing which make it very convience to go round.

It is a very good hotel, good room and service, close to center of Beijing, convenient transportation, walking distance to plaza with good restaurants.

Everything was fine. Nobody can be blamed for Beijing terrible traffic jam!

The staff made our stay easy and productive, as we do not speak the local language

The location is superb, right across the street of the central railway station and close to the city center. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Front desk people are very nice, helpful and professional

The hotel looks good but the surrounding is complicated even when using DIDI . Breakfast ok but no eggs available and it was a hi price for what was offered

We are quite disappointed at how they arranged our transfer from the airport to the hotel - We told them in advance that we needed an 11seater van as we are 5 people with 10 luggages and we even called them to let them know that our flight was delayed by one hour, but when we got there our transport wasn't there as the hotel did not tell the driver about the time change and they only provided a 7 seater van which couldn't fit us.Due to the language barrier...they forced us to book another vehicle and ended up paying for 2 vehicles which was very costly! very annoyed and angry about this as it took 2hrs to sort out and it was already 2am. They showed no remorse for the inconvenience they had caused my family. Futhermore, we booked 2 rooms where one had no aircon so it was very hot & the other room had very bad lighting and felt dark and gloomy. When we asked to swap out one of the rooms to have aircon they brought up an angry cleaner lady who screamed at us in chinese that no aircon in the room and to deal with it. It wasn't till we demanded to have our money refunded so we could move hotels that they finally gave us another room with aircon. On our 3rd day here when we decided to sleep in till 9am, we got woken up at 8am by loud drilling noises that went on for at least 10mins. The only good this about this hotel is it's location as it near the beijing central train station and at least had a nice english speaking concierge. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

The only good thing about this hotel location is next to msin MTA and the Train station. very convenient to travel around.

The guy welcomed us upon our arrival had a bad attitude. We were told that the rooms we booked were not available so they gave us an "upgrade." I asked him if it's still one large bed, he said no. And he was not accommodating at all. We get to the rooms and both rooms smelled like cigarette smoke! We had asked for non-smoking rooms & we were on the "smoke-free" floor...

It was a convenient stay.
