The staffs are helpful and most of them could speak English. Excellent breakfast, there is a one Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel. It is also located in a very prime area, next to Oriental Plaza and Wangfujing Street.

I had the most pleasant stay here. They helped my family with everything we need. Highly recommend to anyone looking to go to Beijing. It’s close to the MRT station, there’s a starbucks in front of the hotel, and there are lots of restaurants nearby!

The staff was very helpful. He helped me to log in to WeChat for almost 1 hour and didn't complain, despite the language barriers. Hassle-free check-in, clean room, and you can check in early.
