It was great. We stayed with a small dog. However you have to pay an extra fee that is not mentioned in the booking. The pet "guest" should be asked during the booking process since the hotel allows you to stay with a pet.

The room was nice and clean however it was loud. The toilet kept running all day long and it was very loud. The walls are thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were doing and anyone walking by the hallway outside. The bed also wasnt the most comfortable. We didn’t sleep well the 4 nights we were there.
Also, it’s far from everything in Rionegro. Only place you can walk to is la Finca de Rigo which was great.

We paid for a room with lagoon view and the lagoon in floor 1 was not present. The view was to the pool with poor private stay everybody in pool near ti us. We paid for lagoon view and it was not the room requested. I called reception they told us they are going to ask if they can change us and never called to answer us. Was not a pleasant stay like we requested and pay

We Planned to stay there for 3 days
Emailed the reservation email 3 times for new accommodations
No response. Resquested a room decoration for our birthday (my husband and I - same day) they emailed me the pics and the options and nothing was done. Front desk showed zero accountability for it. I was glad that I canceled the other 2 nights.
Beautiful hotel... but the staff was not even trying to assist or accommodate any of our needs
