Nice property. Close to hotel but they don’t really accommodate people stranded due to airline delay. Had a 6am flight cancelled so I got to this hotel at 9am. I had to wait until 3pm to check in. Not their fault necessarily but if hotel is empty then allow ppl stranded from flights to check in a bit earlier. Had to sit in lobby area for another 6 hours after waiting at hotel for around 4

Great place to stay if you are flying in or out of Medellín. Very comfortable rooms and a great breakfast! The pool and lawn area next to the pond is very nice as well. Would recommend staying here as I will probably return again in the future.

Very nice Hotel. Food was excellent. Staff súper friendly and kind. Very close to the City of Medellin and away from crowds. Super close to the the international Airport. Excellent option.

I must said that, we travel for a family wedding and it was 60 of us . We totally loved the service. Beautiful view , clean pool with jacuzzi. The breakfast totally delish and variety to pick from . The waiters very nice and friendly. Please don’t forget to tip them after your stay . Very humble . Front desk staff courtesy level . House keeper on point . Thank you will be back to this hotel .

The staff from the front to the back was just amazing and very professional. the chef at the restaurant Rodrigo his cooking flavors and style were beyond my expectations.
and the spa massage and experience was just perfect. rosemay was my masseuse and she was just great. I left this place feeling like a million dollars. Thank you to all the staff from Wellcomm! will be back.

My hustand and I had a wonderful 5 night stay and absolutely recommend Hotel Lagoon! The staff was so friendly and accomodating. The room and views were superb! It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It offered a great complementary breakfast buffet modified daily including made to order omelets. They were so great they even baked additional pastry (pandeyucas) for me! The grounds were beautiful as well! We will definitely stay here again in the future!
