we had to spend 1 night before early flight back to NYC, was perfectly located, shuttle worked like a clock, stuff is amazing, retaurant works long hours so you can eat even late at night, food is very good, perfect location, easy parking. totally stress free , positive experience

We were over billed by hundreds of dollars. I had booked 2 rooms thru Hotels.com. When I arrived they told me I didn't have a second booking. I had said it was under Ervin. The receptionist said she could not find it so we paid for another room only to find out the booking was there and we were charged for a no show. Hotels .com has asked for a refund but I have heard nothing. Please issue the refund and ask your receptionists to take greater care in their searches. Thank you. Ann Schoenthaler- Ervin

I landed on a late delayed flight. I was initially concerned as the website said that checkin to the hotel closed at midnight but a quick email and an equally quick response got rid of my fears. My room was lovely and exceeded my expectations. Despite the proximity to the airport it wast noisy. I'd definitely stay again.

The property responds to questions quickly, they have a shuttle service to/from airport, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. They offer a variety of food from a traditional American breakfast to a traditional Costa Rican breakfast.

Quiet rooms even though very near to airport
Free shuttle bus to and from the airport.
