Very accommodating staff. We arrived early and were given our rooms early and upgraded too. We requested late check out and there was no fuss about it. Restaurants and bar available inside the vicinity which served really good food. Thank you so much

We only spent one night there so didn't check out all the facilities. It has a very up-market feel to it. The room was comfortable enough but the big disadvantage was the noise suppression from the main road outside was inadequate to block the sound from the car drivers constantly hitting their horns. Fortunately the noise diminished by about 1am.

My stay was pleasant, my only issue is with the scam of a bazaar they have. The rooms didn’t have USB plugs in them and I needed to buy the Egyptian wall plug. A man in the reception told me to buy it from the bazaar. I go into the bazaar, where the man working there sells me a used one for nearly 1000 Egyptian pounds. He tells me buying a new one would be around 700-900 pounds. Later, I go on amazon and find out- low and behold- it’s more like 100 pounds. He takes advantage of tourists with a crazy mark up that ruins the reputation of the hotel and the country.

We were only staying a night to be near the airport the next morning. We didn't sleep, as there was an issue with the drain in.our room so had a horrible smell. We had to open the window which was very noisy due to kareoke and muaic playing loudly till around midnight. In the morning, we had to leave without showering due the issue with our bathroom.
They did offer us a room.change in fairness to them.but it was so late wnd.our son was asleep by then. The manager was apologetic and a nice guy but still,.not a good experience I'm afraid.
