The staff were so friendly and helpful really good with the children all the kids got colouring packs and a fresh hot cookie each the look of the hotel was lovely rooms were clean and spacious i loved the fact the rooms were conected together witch made our stay so much easier all on all brilliant

We booked this hotel before a morning flight out of Manchester. Our check-in was super smooth, easy, and we had an incredibly friendly front desk employee working with us. They made sure our rooms were next to each other. Rooms were clean. Mattresses were comfortable. Good water pressure and temperature. Parking was also really easy and convenient. We added on the breakfast, which was pretty good. They had a buffet of items for a full English, decent pastries, yogurts, fruit, etc. Was good quality for the money.

We found the mattress on our bed to be over firm . Our room is supposed to be wheelchair accessible. However I found it difficult. The door doesn't stay open to get the chair in. The toilet/shower room is nicely appointed but we found it difficult to maneuver the wheelchair through the doorway.
Breakfast was lovely. We didn't make use of the gym.

Nice room. Was surprised there was no fridge, but otherwise it was a very comfortable space. Staff were helpful with advice ans storing bags. Breakfast was excellent. I found the hotel a short walk from the central train station at the airport, but it felt a bit unsafe crossing the road as there is no pedestrian crossing.
Would stay there again.
