Quiet, very close to Manchester Airport complex and Train Station ... easily with walking distance (200 meters) although there were no signs in the airport / train station which would have helped. Newer facility. Beds were very comfortable, although instead of four thick pillows they could have two thick and two thinner. To be fair, we did not ask. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. They were good quality.

Cleanliness of the bathroom, hair in bathroom sink, some of furniture in the room in poor condition. No bar service despite was told by one of the guest the bar is open 24h, couldn’t get simple drink … Been in that hotel few times but it’s service is definitely going down. It’s only good to sleep in and get out

Nice hotel and very convenient for airport station and all terminals. Seemed very family friendly as has a dedicated play room for youngsters, which seemed to keep most of the kids happy just away from the restaurant. Room comfy and clean with good air con. Only had a short stay there due to early morning flight but happy with all about the hotel.

I am an old lady. I do not want a contactless cyber experience. I could not call for a hotel bus from the terminal. I could not access the walking map until I got to the hotel. By taxi. The room service menu is limited. I could not find a phone in the room to call reception. I could not find the hotel services menu on the tele. There was a line at the front desk when I went to ask for help. I had to book a shuttle back to the airport online through a separate company. The bed was hard. I thought there was a supermarket at the hotel but I did not see it. Or a vending machine. I did get a nice cookie when I checked in.

Staff and food were good had a problem with toilet system filling up every half an hour did not sleep at all. Reported it member off staff said thanks for your comment, nothing like sorry for the inconvenience which would have been more appropriate to someone who had no sleep. Lucky that we are not ones to make fuss but next customer might not be.

Room was nice and comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly carparking overpriced at 20 pounds a night and the hot breakfast was cold both days not what you expect for 15 pounds a day. Very disappointed as I stayed in the one at Manchester Picadilly and was a far better experience

Check in was easy, although they weren't ready for us. The room was being finished. The toilets in the lobby were quite a state, two of the three cubicles were full of mess and the the third one had tiles fallen off the wall. The building looks like it can do with an update.

What makes my stay here special is the lovely welcome from the gentleman on the front desk. He is a credit to your establishment, he truly is. Polite, helpful, kind, everything you could wish for. Even a warm cookie! Sadly l don’t remember his name. I’ve been staying at this hotel for four or five years and he’s always been there. I hope he never leaves!

The toilet was constantly filling up every 3 minutes , very annoying . There was loud music coming from another room . The hotel in general was lovely and the staff were very efficient . The warm chocolate cookie was lovely .
