Great location. Absolutely dreadful service and food.
Stood at check in for too long with staff chatting not prepared to serve us.
Food dire. No chips so provided barely cooked potato wedges that were inedible. Advised waitress she said she woukd tell the chef but didnt come back.

I was pleasantly surprised, how quiet the hotel was, being so close to the airport.
On the down side, at reception, they did not tell you, that they needed to register your credit card, if you wanted to buy drinks and food, during the course of the evening, and pay at the end. Consequently, I queued at the bar and drinks ordering area, to find I had to go to reception, where there was a bigger queue. Eventually I gave up and went back to the bar queue and had to pay separately for food, then every time we wanted a drink, or something else. Definitely not the best system. The food was okay but not a great selection.

Unfortunately the hotel is a little tired. We paid to upgrade to an executive and after checking if it actually was an executive room we were told it definitely was. To say I was left underwhelmed is an understatement.

Always use this hotel because it is the only one at the airport. Hotel is shabby, seats in public area are dirty, stained and threadbare throughout to the sponge, not the standard of a Hampton at all. Needs some TLC. Shower base was dirty on arrival. I expect more for £150 odd a night. Breakfast was as expected, no complaints. Drinks in bar were as expected, expensive !

Hard to rate - all was ok except my son took a drink and had a shard of glass on his lips afterwards. We got that drink swopped out and then my daughter felt something in her mouth after taking a drink.
We got a refund on all drinks and then left the bar

Late arrival back to Bristol airport, so a stay overnight and a good breakfast set us up for the 3 hour drive home.
We stayed there the night before we flew out too, making it a relaxed start.
Great location literally 5 minutes away from the airport.

This was a convenient quick stop between flights. It's about 5 minutes to walk from the arrivals lounge, by the time you've walked around the pedestrian paths. The hotel is new and sparkling clean. Tea, coffee and kettle etc in the room. The room was quiet. Our flight was delayed so we sadly didn't get to enjoy the hotel facilities, but the communal areas were spacious and inviting.
I liked that continental breakfast was available from 4am. We chose a breakfast bag, which had disappointing contents - a single croissant, cereal bar, tangerine and box of orange juice I'm not sure why we weren't able to choose our own fruit and juice choices from the breakfast area, and a takeaway coffee would have been easy to include.

Hotel was excellent location for an early flight. Rooms were clean. Sadly the beds are really hard so it made it difficult to sleep well. The food in the restaurant has plenty of options to choose from, the pizzas we chose were not good and quite expensive. Overall I would stay here again for convenience if the price was low enough.

1 Night stay before an early morning flight. Location to Bristol Airport is excellent (very short walk).
Only downside is there was not any facility to watch sports on Sky.

Booked months ago and requested a low floor room due to mobility issues, however we were allocated a room on the highest floor and as far from the lift as you could get some check-in staff don't read or care about customer requests.
