Ideal place to stay just before an early flight.

We were there for 7 hours because of a very early flight. The beds HAVE to be better. The Prem leads the way here. It’s an airport hotel, sleep is everything here. 👍

Handy for airport.

Breakfast was great, super easy and plenty of options. When we arrived (late off a flight) we ordered two tonic waters and were shocked at a price of nearly £4 each! Everything was really clean and tidy and staff very friendly. Only issue we had in the room was that the bed was very uncomfortable on one side as you could feel the springs; not the best nights sleep due to this. Also, shower tray didn’t drain well and back filled. Overall, good but those coupe of things let it down for us stopping over before heading home.

Easy to book. Easy to find. One free hour in their car park to offload luggage was useful. Good food, good service. Everybody was very friendly.

How would i know about eco-friendliness? Hotel signs from terminal are not great. We missed the little portable sign pointing to what looked like a taxi cubicle. We ended up walking over the new bus station exiting through the car park. Annoying when youre arriving late and tired. Not the hotels fault bristol airport need to sort this.

Great option to stay at the Bristol airport, at walking distance from the terminal.

Morning Manager Jess made us wait for 6 hours for a room. We landed at the airport at 8. she also made other customers wait with us. I find it hard to believe a hotel that has 253 rooms wouldn't accommodate incoming guest.

good, clean hotel for one night

The hotel met all our requirements. Unfortunately, as a consequence of redevelopment of Bristol airport, after leaving the terminal building, the hotel is not signposted, leading to a rather dangerous walk along a busy road.

The breakfast was rather basic on this occasion, compared to previous visits. The bed (mattress & pillows) were very uncomfortable

Room was ok, the usual you would expect from this type of hotel. However if parking in the multi storey car park at the airport, it was very difficult to find any consistent and clear signage identifying the route to the hotel, it was very poor.

Modern hotel with comfy beds next door to the airport. Food is good and there is a nice option to bag up continental items for early morning departures.

Hotel is great, very convenient and comfortable. However breakfast was unusually cold on this stay, it is normally excellent, and with the construction work going on it was difficult to find our way to the hotel at 1.30am.. better signposting would be appreciated

Staff were fantastic. Double bed was fine, however the sofa bed- made out to a single was atrocious. Not sure if it’s been over used or was very cheap to start with but the bed was dreadful. Had an arch in the middle and springs sticking in your back. The mattress on the bed was incredibly thin. Staff came to the room and could see, just by looking at the sofa bed that it was not fit for purpose and brought duvets to pad it out a little. This didn’t help and no sleep was had by my husband (daughter refused to sleep on it) before our early flight. The room was expensive so expected comfortable beds. Should have saved £200 and driven through the night to the airport as sleep wasn’t gained by staying at the hotel unfortunately.

Stayed here the night before an early flight. We were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. Breakfast was delicious and just what we needed before our short walk to the terminal from the hotel. Great convenience, friendly service at check-in, and quality rooms. Would stay here again without a doubt.
