It was just ok

There was no fridge in the room. Too small bathroom, bed was not comfortable and the pillow was hard. I wouldn’t stay there again.

This was a shocking hotel when we arrived we went to one room and it had no electricity or Air conditioning we then got moved to another room and the same problem no A/c Went to the third room that was ok apart from no telephone and in the bin in the bathroom there was a sanitary towel.... At 12 we ordered room service and waited till 1.30 AM and went down stairs to counselled it as was tired i have photos of how disgusting this hotel is .

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. The hotel has been extended since I held a conference there about 30 years ago. It has a very recent new wing. It's very open and laid back, and the bedrooms are pretty much perfect. Scrupulously clean. The kitchen was always busy serving a great range of quality food at decent prices and breakfast was awesome. On top of that the staff, from reception, to the bar star, the driver of the shuttle bus to the airport, the cleaners, the chefs and dining room staff, were superb. Nothing was too much to ask. I'm not a very demanding customer. I suppose I have a standard - but 'm not pushy at all. I respect the staff. The staff here are highly motivated, highly efficient and actually seemed to enjoy their work. A massive credit to the hotel.

Walked in late and left early.

Frustrating stay - the hotel itself was very nice and the room was well equipped, modern and clean. However, it’s marketed as an ‘airport hotel’ - aka a place people book to stay when they have an early flight. We booked as we needed to be up at 2am, however, there was a very, very loud party on until after midnight. I don’t complain and I dont exaggerate, it felt like being on the Ayia Napa strip. There wasn’t any communication from the hotel about the party, if there was we would have moved to an alternative location as we got about 1.5 hours of sleep before a long day of travel.

The rooms are good, shower is nice everything is clean. The only issue was the dinner service. It was busy so i understand delays. We waited 40 minutes for food and the quality compared to price didn’t add up. I dont think they had enough staff running food so a lot of it was sat under the hot lamps

Comfy bedroom, everything in good working conditions. All necessary things from USB ports to TV where I could connect my Firestick. Nice bathroom, awesome shower.

Excellent quick service as just got off plane with children and OAP'S

Travelling from the north it was easy enough to get to. There is parking available directly outside the hotel (£12 night) but there is also parking in the NEC building around the corner. Lovely clean, welcoming entrance and welcome drinks at the reception desk. Which was nice as we usually only see this abroad. Our rooms were on the ground floor. The single standard was just that, a single standard. Clean, compact, all the usual amenities. The 4 bed suite was surprisingly gorgeous. A good layout with the partioning wall. The bathroom, towels and bedding looked very clean. The coffee machine was a nice touch which uplifted the whole experience (there is a kettle in the room for tea drinkers too) cleaning staff are super helpful and friendly. Some of the reception staff would benefit from better customer service training. The manager and duty manager on the day were brilliant. The staff in general were helpful and courteous. They would benefit from looking a little more kemp and smarter in their attire. The pool and gym were brilliant. Clean and available at most times of the day. I would book this hotel again.

Room was cold and dirty, bathroom in need of a thorough clean. Service at the bar was incredibly slow with staff seeming clueless. Waited over an hour for some nachos from room service, when they arrived were cold.

Hotel clean great Indian restaurant 5 minutes walk down the road

The hotel was fabulous. We were immediately given an upgrade, as somone had been smoking in our allocated room. Biggest disappintment was that free hotel transfer to airport didnt start early enough for us, and wouldnt be running to bring to hotel , those on late flights. We ordered a taxi via hotel to take us to airport for early flight and taxi was 1/ 2 late.

Property was very nice, no signage at the airport as to where the shuttle was to the airport, cost 15 pounds to go around the block.

Worked for a quick stay. Close to the Airport so easy to get there and back easily.

All staff friendly and quick service for evening meal . Order from table tablet was great! Breakfast had wide range of choice from cold and hot buffet. Would stay again. Only issue I have is the £12 parking but I was aware of that before I booked. Pool was great and no time restriction for kids. Nice little steam room too. Would happily stay again.

Easy check in. Comfortable room and friendly staff. Only let down was how warm the gym area was. Overall clean and convenient
