Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and room was nice and big with a very comfy bed and pillows. Hotel is in a great spot - right in the beach, a 10 minute walk into the lovely Hythe village and only a 10 minute drive into Folkestone. Breakfast options were pretty limited but what was provide was very nice. Our only negative would be in the spa and pool area. The treatment rooms are very noisy so not relaxing at all as you can clearly hear other people taking and even the water running in other rooms. The pool and facilities are in need of an upgrade - the sauna is pretty small 4 people felt like a squeeze.

Property was clean and (mostly) well maintained. Gardens very nice. Some of the staff could do with a little more training and/or supervision.

It was a very relaxing break with friends. The Spa facilities were great and we made the best of it!

Beautiful hotel, had a lovely room with sea view, comfy bed , great shower, table, desk and chair along with refreshment tray and fridge, loved the spa and pool and the choice of bars, will definitely return

The hotel looked impressive and well cared for outside with attractive garden, very well maintained. The inside was just as impressive, lovely decor and a beautiful candelabra down the main stairwell.

A seafront hotel with lots of parking with no height restrictions. The staff were friendly enough and the whole hotel was clean (big up to the housekeeping team). There was absolutely no atmosphere throughout the whole hotel, the bar area wasn't inviting and it felt like being in a waiting room. I used the facilities in the spa area as their were children swimming lessons in the pool, there wasn't enough furniture or hooks for the towels and the whole area is old, grubby and in need of repair, it is far from luxury and I am so glad I didn't book a spa day here as I would have been highly disappointed. The room was a decent size and clean, had a fridge with free water, tea, coffee, biscuits, hair dryer, iron. The bathroom had a walk in shower this had no pressure and it took an age to get the shampoo out of my hair this morning, there is one fixed bottle of hair and body wash available in the shower and soap and moisturiser by the sink. The bed was comfortable but I was woken up at bam on my day off by the family with children upstairs running around like a bunch of elephants which really made me cross, receptionist wasn't bothered when I mentioned it to her at check out. I didn't stay for breakfast as it was too early for me to eat, had I woken when I expected to I would have been hungry. They took £50 out of my account when I checked in for any expenses and I am still waiting for them to refund it back into my account. I did leave disappointed after my stay and will not be c
