I mistakenly booked a VIP access room, not realising that meant an accessible room. That was not a problem really, except that the plumbing in the room needed maintenance. The shower blocked up, which was OK because I am able bodies and could have a quick shower to restrict the flooding to inside the room. The inability of the toilet to properly flush was more of a problem. Otherwise the room and the hotel facilities were fine and access to Heathrow was quick and easy.

The hotel was clean and staff are friendly. However the elevators in the wing I was in were out of order which meant lugging suitcases up 3 flights of stairs after a long day of travel. What I considered unacceptable was that the elevators had been out of order for well over month and this should have been disclosed at the point of booking.
