My second stay here and although i didnt get a free upgrade this time my standard room was well equipped, very clean and really quiet which was lovely as I'm not a good hotel sleeper. The gym is good for a hotel gym with plenty of equipment, also very clean.

This is one of my favourite hotels. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms have all the amenities and although you are next to the airport, it's completely sound proof. The breakfast is yummy... I loved the automatic pancake maker machine.
It's convenient for Stansted airport as it's located just a few minutes walk from the terminal.
Love the style and the decor too.
Only one complaint... The carpet in the room looks old and stained. Can do with an update.

Had dinner in the he Radisson restaurant. Pitiful selection of desserts. Wine prices atrocious.

Have stayed a number of times at the hotel and was very disappointed with the room condition and the condition of the corridor on the way to the room - dirty.
Wardrobe door was hanging off and in a dangerous condition. The maintenance man repaired it and said he would ask housekeeping who had cleaned the room last.
The shower rail was loose and the non slip mat slipped, not sure what the bath had been cleaned with prior to our stay.
Would not recommend room 2140 to anyone!

Restaurant service was slow. Napkin had stain. Food was good though.
Duvet was dirty with grey smudges. Kettle had milky water inside – ended up pouring that out but not used the kettle. TV was sketchy, working sometimes with just sound but no image.

Main issue was the air con in the room did nothing all night to cool the room below the 25c it was when we arrived. After 8hrs of max cool fan high it was still 25c making for an uncomfortable night with poor sleep. I won't bother again for the money.

Rooms dated - carpets had stains - bed on a skew felt wrong. Stain on duvet cover - bathroom needs updating - expensive for what it is - stayed here 5/6 years ago & it was good then

Would stay again. Location to our car park and terminal great.
Lobby and communal areas lovely, our room was good, but showing signs of high use. However, quiet, clean with everything you need before you jet off.
