Room was warm and comparable, last time we stayed we complained as it was freezing, but gave it another chance. Slept well, breakfast was very good. The only thing I found is that the staff couldn’t be bothered, tried to avoid any kind of eye contact, never said hello, please or thank you-very strange.

Ideal if you want the town , unfortunately whilst we stayed the stench of drugs within and outside hotel was not pleasant. Not sure if it was used just as a hotel.

Room is nice and the stay was good. But the property doesn't have parking. We must do paid parking externally.

Great stay at the Thistle - room very nice. Stayed for one night with family. Very convenient, welcoming reception staff. Considering the price, it represents great value for money. Near the bus and train station as well as shop, bars and restaurants.

Shower didn't work properly and pillows very uncomfortable. The room was too hot and couldn't find any way to turn heat down. Breakfast was OK. It's very convenient for town centre and train station.

Great location, offering exceptional value for the price. The room is clean and well-maintained, featuring a comfortable bed; however, an improvement in shower pressure would be beneficial. It is a £15 Uber ride to Luton Airport and just a five-minute walk to the Luton train station.

Be very careful if you chose this hotel - it is a homeless hotel, so lots of people living there. Its not a great hotel experience!
