We have stayed here before and love the area. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient area. There is a supermarket and bakery very close by.
The staff at the hotel were very helpful. They have luggage storage which was very helpful as we arrived well before check in time. We were able to leave our luggage and explore Bercy Village.

Clean hotel room, friendly staff, good showers. The room is very small, but good for short stays. We appreciated the warm, high pressure showers, though the bathroom did not have hand/face towels which was inconvenient. Main complaint is that the doors and walls are very thin, and you can hear people clearly talking in the hallways, when doors slam, and when someone's in the bathroom in another room. Additionally, we could not control the temperature of the room, so at times it was very warm and humid, especially after showering since there is no vent in the bathroom. There also was loud banging in the morning, perhaps from construction work in the floor below which would be loud in the mornings.

Room was a lot smaller than I thought it was. Can't even bend down in the shower to wash/shave your legs. Breakfast was above par and the gym basic but convenient. Staff was friendly and facilities were very clean.

I’m aware that Paris hotel rooms are small but this one is really small. You can only open your checkin luggage on top the bed no space on the floor.

The room was very basic and a little depressing. Not one bit of decoration anywhere. The staff were helpful and it was convenient to where I needed to be but overall disappointing and not good value for money.

The staff is very helpful, it was a very comfortable stay. The room was a good size and it came with a kettle which is important for me who much prefers hot water in the winter. 😀 There's a lot of options for public transport but all of them will involve about 10 minutes walk (much like everything else in Paris) it's on the quiet side of the city so there's less food option and most attractions will require a train or bus ride. there's a handful of cafe and sandwich shops so you won't go hungry. I can see how someone might think the shower is small but I'm the type that don't expect a long relaxing bath while on vacation (I spend most my time out anyways) so it worked for quick showers. Sounds proofing wasn't the best, but not worst than most other hotels. All in all it provides a nice place for me to rest up after a long day of going around town.

Lobby doesn't have seating/resting area. The receptionist (when I check-in) was not friendly and did not provide any hotel's information. Others receptionist were helpful for directions info. People smoke at the front doors instead of the side's.
