ibis Paris Tour Eiffel Cambronne 15ème

Located close by to Metro station. Except this nothing great about the hotel. We had booked and enquired about the room with the best view to the Tower and even after they promised, they made us wait for an hour as the room was not ready and then gave a room which didn't have the best view. One of the days, their staff entered inside the room without knocking, utter nonsense in the hotel where ever you see. After challenging the staff, they told they will go through the cameras and the next day there was no response only. The room bathrooms are very small and cabin sized, hot water was not there one of the days and the staff were not bothered. Rooms are very small and there is not wardrobes or shelves, no water provided. Not upto the brand ibis is !!

Everything was great until I had someone come in the room in the middle of the night , went to the front desk to explain the terror i had… no explanation to why the door was opened and a random was coming into the room just re activated my cards no compassion at all.

Hotel rooms are small and if you stay in the 9th floor you have to take the elevator to the 8th floor and then take the stairs to the 9th floor.

Bathroom a bit small; room fine and excellent location. Hotel has a good range of services and a surprisingly good restaurant and staff are friendly and helpful. I would come again.

The unique features I like are the cleanliness, quietness, and politeness of the staff. The one thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t provide a universal plug for an iPhone charger.

Nice hotel within walking range to the Eiffel Tower Room was small but clean with almost everything you need. A kettle in the room would be nice.

Great place to stay in Paris. The rooms are really small but for Europe standards it’s fine with me. The hotel has many eating options walking distance and the train station is right in the corner. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower.

The check-in process was a disaster and the lady who was on the counter was extremely unpleasant and made the entire experience a terrible one...It ruined my entire perception of the hotel and the services there.

The room was small, however, we selected a room with the view of the Eiffel Tower, and boy, was it worth it! Also, the bed was very comfortable!

The Hotel seems Run-down. Our room was not as clean as we would wish. Also the room was small...cruise liner small, with barely any room to move around and organize our suitcases. No place to hang clothes or drawers to place clothing. However the location was very good.

the staffs were very nice. the hotel is very close to the train , restaurant and grocery.

The staff was unfriendly and rooms were tiny, especially the bathroom.

Nice hotel in great location with excellent service. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Metro station is across the street. Breakfast buffet was far above America hotel standards and a great value. Staff did a nice job tidying the room every day, making the beds and replacing linens, something US hotels hardly bother to do any longer.

No shower soap and we asked from desk for soap and we were told No that they dont have extra soap

Absolutely fine for a visit to Paris Room was a little on the small side but was value for money. Staff friendly. Location was good. We were able to walk to all attractions from the hotel. There was a train station 2 minutes away if needed.
