Room was advertised as an Eiffel Tower view, but was blocked by a tree. Staff allowed me to be cut in line by another guest when we were trying to check in, which was disappointing. Good location, great air conditioning.

Excellent location and able to view the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Pictures do not reveal just how close it is to the hotel, and especially if you have a room on the 5th or higher floor with a balcony. Our room was clean and everyone we encountered was very accommodating including the concierge desk where they were extremely helpful in planning out our days. Would not hesitate to stay at this location if back in Paris. You won’t regret booking a room at the Pullman Hotel if you want to stay in this Arrondissement.

We truly love this hotel. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the room is amazing. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever had in Europe. The staff is amazing and the facility is very clean. It is a great base for walking throughout Paris.

We paid for 4 adults bedroom.
When we entered the room was smelling of damp which we complained and manger accepted it. How can they give a room like this for such expensive hotel.
We requested toothpaste/ toothbrush a few times but it never came.
Only two slippers given for four adults.
Only the tower view was good rest hotel experience was be try poor.

We stayed here April 12-17 for Srping break! The hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is to die for! The staff members were nice, prompt to help and very pleasant to speak with. I have purchased a breakfast for the duration of our stay and it was a smart decision, since I traveled alone with 2 kids. Their breakfast has many food options and delicious. We stayed on the 7th floor with the view of the Eiffel Tower and it was breathtaking, especially at night! Will be recommending this hotel to all my friends!
