Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

The hotel was close to Eiffel Tower. We stayed there for 2 nights. At the time of check out I forgot to take my jacket and vest with me and were left in the closet. Upon check in with another hotel I realized I didn’t have my jacket with me and called the hotel. It was 3 hours after checking out the Pullman. I told them I left my items there and Claire who was the head of cleaning unit denied it and the next day we stopped by the hotel and explained what was left in the hotel. Again it was denied. We were very disappointed with the unorganized management of this hotel which was a 4 or 5 star hotel. What if someone left the passport or cash in the room? It disappears and you will be denied. The reception of the second hotel even contacted Ms. Claire for us and we were told that Claire had a nasty tone with her and at the end of conversation we were told by the second hotel that this is not normal and they would return the left items to the guests!Overall I didn’t have a good experience and guests security comes before anything else. I don’t recommend Pullman! I spent a considerable amount of money for 2 nights stay and expected to be treated nicely!

I was charged for a 2 beds and sofa and they gave me king bed instead . I asked them to change my room and instead i waited 2 hours to room service to separate the bed … it was a disaster

Hotel is located in a convenient place. Room was okay, but I have stayed in nicer places for a much lower price. I don't believe that the price paid for this hotel is anywhere worth the accommodations and service I received. Staff is not very friendly, and sometimes downright rude. Simple example...I needed change for a 50 Euro bill to smaller bills. It took talking to 5 different staff members and 15 minutes to accomplish this simple task. The restaurant staff are for the most part unattentive and lackadaisical. I am also not impressed with how the drink prices change from day to night. That is not impressive of a hotel that is supposed to be higher end. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers who expect service that a premium dollar is paid for.

The best part of the hotel is the proximity to Eiffel Tower. We got a room with Eiffel view which was stunning! The staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the property

The view of the Eiffel Tower is perfect but the rooms can be a little more updated. The hotel is beautiful as well as the service.

Great staff and amazing location

We arrived on mothers day in France, we are from USA and didnt know it was mothers day. The front desk gave me a little gift, very sweet (lipsgloss). We loved the staff but we were not impressed with restaurant staff at all. We tried 3 times to have a meal there or even a cocktail. We were grerted with a bad attitude or a snarl for coming in. We decided to eat across the strert easy walk and great food several options Woukd definitely recommend this hotel again the hotel staff were wonderful and the accommodations were great. Amazing location to the Eiffel tower, we had a view from our room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel, and overall, it was a great experience! The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast buffet – an incredible spread of fresh and tasty options that made every morning special. The hotel amenities were also top-notch, adding comfort and convenience to my visit. A special shoutout to the three standout staff members who went above and beyond: • Maxence, who provided exceptional service at check-in and made me feel welcomed right away. • Maelle, who was super helpful in organizing a city tour and ensuring my check-out went smoothly. • Fernandu, who served us during breakfast with a smile and made sure everything was perfect. That said, there were a couple of areas where the experience could be improved. The cleanliness of the balcony and the condition of the washroom amenities could be better, as some of them seemed a bit old and worn out. Additionally, a few employees could benefit from further training, as there were inconsistencies between the information I received from reception and the WhatsApp service, which caused some confusion. Despite these minor issues, my stay at the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel was memorable, and I look forward to coming back. With improvements in cleanliness and communication, this hotel has the potential to be truly outstanding!

For our first stay in Paris we sought out an Eiffel Tower view to make the trip extra memorable. This was a great, luxurious-feeling stay with a spacious, modern room. Massive bathroom with a great shower. Big room with comfortable bed, large desk workspace, couch, and ample space for luggage etc. While you cannot easily see the Eiffel Tower from most of the room itself (i.e. the view is not “straight on”), the view while sitting on the balcony was spectacular. Very easy Metro access to two different stations (Bir-Hakeim and Champs de Mars), not more than a 5-minute walk from either. If you’re visiting Versailles during your stay, the RER train line that goes directly there stops at Champs de Mars, so it makes for a very convenient and direct trip. Definitely recommend this property.

The Eiffel Tower was within walking distance as were several cafes. We felt safe walking around the area. The hotel room was very nice, quiet and clean. The add on breakfast buffet had a good variety to accommodate different tastes.

Hotel is great with beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower, not far from many attractions, room was clean and modern. Staff was excellent from Anthony helping us with a minor issue to Steven assisting us on a day trip to London. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there!!
