Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

Conveniently located. The staff is extremely friendly.

I had reserved a high-floor room with an Eiffel Tower view, but they gave me a room on the 5th floor, saying that other guests had already checked in. How does that make any sense? I didn’t want to ruin my trip or get into a fight, so I just stayed quietly.

The room smelled of some kind of paint thinner. The washroom and rooms are too small for 2 people. Generally uncomfortable beds. Our backs were stiff. Too expensive for what it is. We did not sleep well. Slippers were paper thin. Breakfast was the only good part. Rooms are not satisfactory

What attracted me to this hotel is its reasonably large room sizes (by Paris standards). It is located next to 2 metro lines making it easy to get around. Noise isolation in my room was quite good, and HVAC was quiet. The room was clean. There are plenty of things to do in the area, including the obligatory photographs of the tower from every angle.

Excellent property

Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Expensive, but the location made it worth while. I primarily picked this hotel because it was the location from which a Normandy/Omaha Beach tour originated.

Otherwise? Don’t. This place is a masterclass in missed expectations: I was harassed in bed at 12:30 AM over a dinner I had already asked to charge to my room—after 9 nights and €500+ in prior charges. I reported a serious mold hazard in the bathroom due to faulty soap dispenser placement. Instead of fixing it, they recreated the same defect in a new room and re-rented my old room, uncorrected. The "fitness center" is a 12kg dumbbell and some cardio relics in a basement closet. Calling it “athlete-ready” is performance art. This hotel doesn’t fix problems—it conceals them. It doesn’t elevate guests—it wakes them up in a panic and ruins their night. Accor, you should be ashamed. Roland-Garros, if you’re recommending this place to players or fans, do better. Paris deserves better. The hotel was close to Eiffel Tower. We stayed there for 2 nights. At the time of check out I forgot to take my jacket and vest with me and were left in the closet. Upon check in with another hotel I realized I didn’t have my jacket with me and called the hotel. It was 3 hours after checking out the Pullman. I told them I left my items there and Claire who was the head of cleaning unit denied it and the next day we stopped by the hotel and explained what was left in the hotel. Again it was denied. We were very disappointed with the unorganized management of this hotel which was a 4 or 5 star hotel. What if someone left the passport or cash in the room? It disappears and you will be denied. The reception of the second hotel even contacted Ms. Claire for us and we were told that Claire had a nasty tone with her and at the end of conversation we were told by the second hotel that this is not normal and they would return the left items to the guests!Overall I didn’t have a good experience and guests security comes before anything else. I don’t recommend Pullman! I spent a considerable amount of money for 2 nights stay and expected to be treated nicely!

I was charged for a 2 beds and sofa and they gave me king bed instead . I asked them to change my room and instead i waited 2 hours to room service to separate the bed … it was a disaster

Hotel is located in a convenient place. Room was okay, but I have stayed in nicer places for a much lower price. I don't believe that the price paid for this hotel is anywhere worth the accommodations and service I received. Staff is not very friendly, and sometimes downright rude. Simple example...I needed change for a 50 Euro bill to smaller bills. It took talking to 5 different staff members and 15 minutes to accomplish this simple task. The restaurant staff are for the most part unattentive and lackadaisical. I am also not impressed with how the drink prices change from day to night. That is not impressive of a hotel that is supposed to be higher end. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers who expect service that a premium dollar is paid for.

We booked a room with the Eifel Tower view so everything was spectacular

The best part of the hotel is the proximity to Eiffel Tower. We got a room with Eiffel view which was stunning! The staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the property

The view of the Eiffel Tower is perfect but the rooms can be a little more updated. The hotel is beautiful as well as the service.

Great staff and amazing location

We arrived on mothers day in France, we are from USA and didnt know it was mothers day. The front desk gave me a little gift, very sweet (lipsgloss). We loved the staff but we were not impressed with restaurant staff at all. We tried 3 times to have a meal there or even a cocktail. We were grerted with a bad attitude or a snarl for coming in. We decided to eat across the strert easy walk and great food several options Woukd definitely recommend this hotel again the hotel staff were wonderful and the accommodations were great. Amazing location to the Eiffel tower, we had a view from our room.
