Hotel was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is split in two. We were the part just up the road from the main part of the hotel. The is busy and can be a bit noisy but we didn't hear anything from our room. It is well situated for Gare Du Nord station. Not sure about the main part but the part we were in does not have a lift so you might have to be a bit energetic if you're on the fourth floor.

It was very reachable from the train station. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with lots of respect and care. The gentleman (forgot his name) helped me a lot with all my questions. I recommend this hotel. Will come back again.

Wonderful staff. Very neat and tidy rooms. Beds were always made and towels were replaced whenever we came back. Breakfast was lovely. The staff was really considerate and helpful. My parents accidentally cause the power to go out in our room but it was handled quickly and without problems. Only issue was the noise that the heater made and the washroom didn’t have a lock as it was just a sliding door. The area is alright though it’s really close to the metro and Gare du nord. It can appear to be a bit sketchy later during the day but we were safe. Overall, good stay.

The customer service was good, I had no problem with that, the elevator is too small, I thought that in New York where I live the elevators are small but this elevator in Paris holds the record, the sector where the hotel is located was terrifying, it was impossible to walk without fear at night I did not feel safe the rooms were super small. I think they need to renovate the rooms and the hotel is not worthy of an American chain. It is "well located" but the location of the hotel and its surroundings were dirty and very noisy, I chose this hotel thinking that because it is an American brand it would be decent but no, I was wrong I’ll necee come back

Basic room. Small, but good for the price.
Close to Eurostar train station. Very convenient.
La Chapple metro station next door.
Bathroom door was not sliding so well. Liquid soap had some not pleasant smell.
Clean sheets. Towels replaced everyday. That’s nice.
Breakfast was good.
Asian and Indian restaurants nearby.

Very congested room, air condition was off,shower was stinking and hardly space to stand in shower .The room given to us was on 6 th floor and the lift was so small that only 1 person with one suitcase can stand in there.we were there for only 1 night so we managed but anyone planning to stay for long than should think before booking.

I told something to the employee about the keaking in the toilet bowl and never fix it. Inask them the remote control for the aircon and thet said he will deluver to my room but never did it. They told the aircon is nit working. When you open the window the next door was so noisy and really hard to sleep.

Eventhough close to train stations, the reception people are not that welcoming. The lift is very tiny , only two people with hand baggage can stand and broken down 3 times while we were there. Family room is very small , bathroom was tidy and the cleaning lady changed the towels and stocked the tea and coffee every day. Another lady ( says came to overlook the rooms, opened the door without knocking the door while we were in, felt a bit insecure afterwards. Reported to reception but don’t know what happened. I later gathered from a Fri that the area is not that safe .Not worth the money they are charging for it

The proximity of the hotel was perfect for the places we needed to go. A short walk to Gare du Nord, major train station. Our room was clean, had a tv and was cleaned daily. The folks at the receptionist desk were friendly and provided assistance when needed.
It was quite difficult to get our luggage to our floor because the elevator could only hold one suitcase and one person at a time. Carrying 6 pieces of luggage up the stairs was not an option. The room had an awkward design that required us to either close our luggage each time we went to the bathroom or jump over it to get from one side of the room to the other. Wash towels were not provided. Only hand and bath towels.
