Our rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed. The staff at the hotel were welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the Ibis Styles Hotel in Central Heraklion and look forward to returning.

A good location, the hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. For a new hotel it lacks a bit of quality the subdued lighting in corridors and stairs would make life difficult for a partially sighted person. Lack of a bathroom door and poor quality toiletries also let it down. Overall staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was an easy walk to the Ferry port, main tourist area and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and the front desk staff were very helpful. The room was clean and modern.

The room was very nice, yet a bit small. We had a sea view, but it wasn’t what we expected exactly. We felt like they are understaffed. It was very hard to talk to the front desk if I had questions about the area or other things because the phone was always ringing or there was a line of people in the lobby and only one person working usually, so it felt very rushed. But they were always trying to be helpful regardless

Nice property. Well located near restaurants, shops and port. Very clean but starting to show its age. Very nice staff! A little far from Knossos. Took a taxi for 15€.

Close to port and within walking distance to many locations in Heraklion. Hallways and stair areas are dark and gloomy. Felt like more of a business hotel. Breakfast was good and staff great. Our room on second floor had an enormous patio that you could have had a mini rave on.

The room was very spacious, clean, with plenty of pillows, a comfortable bed, and paid parking ($9/day) right below. It was very comfortable!
The rooftop lounge was also very cool, with a good view of the old harbor!

Overall a great stay. Good sized comfortable rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Loved having a drink at the rooftop bar. Only issue was directions for parking. It turned out to be next door but a bit of a hassle figuring it out!

Great location! Just about a 5 minute walk to the square. The hotel was clean, shower pressure was great, no issues with AC. Breakfast was surprisingly really good. Would definitely stay again!

This property was clean, but the food was average at best. I was not able to eat at any of the dining experiences because I did not book in advance. I was only one person and they could not get me in even at an earlier time to eat. This was disappointing.
