This property is conveniently located with easy access to Raipur city and airport. If you have stayed in a Hyatt before, you will feel at home. Staff is very welcoming and courteous. Food options are great and tasty. I just wish they could give more privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom.

Dining room and cleaning staff work so hard to please the customers . I found the staff on duty during my stay treat the people with respect and professionally. They are very efficient and nothing is a problem if needed anything.

The hotel is part of a shopping mall which is unusual. But rooms and dining are on upper floors so you don’t notice. Only at lobby level. Staff are super helpful and followed up with everything from check in to room service. They are super attentive.

Room design is far from being cozy as there is no wall separation between sleeping area and the bathroom.
Also hotel area was very noisy. Marriage music till midnight and road traffic. Had to get the room changed.Hotel is centrally located with a mall in the same building.

Hotel looks run down. Room lay out was not impressive. Food ,Bar and service was good.Staff were very helpful and friendly.
No swimming pool.Small fitness area.
