The staffs are very friendly and flexible because when we ordered the breakfast package the night before, they handled it right away. Also, the lobby smelled like sandalwood, so calming. The room smelled like lemongrass, so refreshing. Recommended!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect – close to 3 malls. Wi-Fi was fast and everything worked well. I would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed for almost 2,5 weeks in Urban Executive Room (3021) during my WFH so that I can have another view when I'm working. The hospitality was great, they really pay attention to the health protocol, always be there for the guest 24/7, and the most importantly always make the guest feels like their own home. I want to give a shout out for Mba Gabby (Gabriella Anastasia) and Mba Opi (Opi Oktapiani) as the best hotel staff I've ever met. Mba Gabby always helping me 24/7 for all of my daily needs, even though the moment when I often call to deliver my food order to my room like every 15-20 minutes. Thanks for the patience. And also mba Opi that always helps me to keep my room clean as much as possible, she always asked me if there' anything she can do after finished her duty. Really appreciate it. Mba Gabby and Mba Opi should be considered as a star player for the company/hotel management! I will definitely go back and stay for a long time in this hotel!
