In the app, the price of 250k apparently the bathroom is outside, so upgrade the room to 375 to get an inside bathroom. Also, the room has lots of mosquitoes 😪 In the morning, the staff talked loudly at the reception because the room was on the same floor as the reception, so it was really disturbing.

Too basic for such a price. Must use the public bathroom outside which is very dirty. No window at the room and no lift to high floor rooms. Such a disappointment. I wonder why the app recommends such a troublesome hotel?

I don't mind the condition of the hotel because even though the price is cheaper and the facilities are inferior to other competitors, for me it doesn't matter, what I question is the receptionist service which I think is rude, how come there is a receptionist laughing/mocking the CS, we paid for the stay, I came and already booked so I didn't pay, but the service is really disappointing, especially the night shift that I met, the women were rude, mean, mocking/laughing at the CS just because of small problems, the men were busy playing with their cellphones not taking care of the CS at all, they didn't show me where the room was/where to go, let alone carrying my bag/luggage, if it continues like this, the hotel will only suffer because of the careless employees, please reconsider the employees, luckily when I was CO, they had changed shifts and were nice and friendly,

The breakfast menu is still the same, no changes, oh my. Only given omelet with stir-fried long beans + a lot of rice noodles, at the hotel next door the price is under 300k the breakfast is more decent, more varied, for now the price is too expensive, there are already many hotels in Pangkalanbun now, it must be an evaluation material so as not to lose competitiveness, thanks to the admin.
