This hotel is super amazing. I checked out and the hotel staff informed me about my child's phone being left behind on WhatsApp. Their honesty is extraordinary. Thank you to Ms. Mutiara and Ms. Sarah who were very helpful. The hotel is comfortable. The service is good. The AC was not cold for a while and the service staff came to the room to fix it. I will definitely come back here if I come to Tangerang again.

The floor was dirty, the cupboard dusty, and the towels yellowed. My hotel room and iftar menu booking for 5 get 1 came with only leftovers, even though they said they would be refilled regularly. Please reconsider, as I often stay here for events.

In overall, it was a good staycation, especially bringing a baby. But need to improve the room's facilities such as the refrigerator (not cool at all) and requested the receptionist to keep it in the freezer, but in the end, it did not freeze at all; in fact, it was melting. Not sure whether they put it inside the freezer or not. Second is the food, not sure because it's Ramadan, but the variety of foods was soo few. Even the tastes didn't taste good. Overall, the room is comfy and the staff were very welcoming.

The location is strategic. You can walk to the minimarket, food court, and pharmacy. However, the cleanliness is very poor. The water heater doesn't work properly either. For a room priced around 600,000 Rupiah, it feels like a room in the 300,000 Rupiah range.

A family friendly hotel that I would recommend for a vacation, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room AC is cool, the bed is soft, the water games are also fun and safe for children, the food is also delicious only a few menus (1-2) are a bit bland. The cleanliness is actually okay but a small note when you first get out of the elevator the damp smell from the carpet in the hallway is immediately smelled and it really ruins the holiday mood. Then in the room there are lots of ants, we had to store snacks and food in the refrigerator (luckily a refrigerator is provided) and there are also moths stuck to the walls maybe because of the humid air so insects gather. Hopefully the hotel can improve this and be more successful in the future.

When the hotel is busy due to the long weekend, the service becomes slow, booked 2 rooms, only 1 room was ready, another room was only available in the afternoon, asked for key delivery for up to 1 hour, it didn't come, finally went down to get it myself to the reception at 5, and room service is very slow, the swimming pool is not clean, breakfast does not have much variety of food and is very crowded.

I booked two rooms. One was good, but the other had a hot AC. When it rained, water would come in from the balcony, pooling under the bed. It might have rained a lot, so the splashback was great. But the pool is great for bringing kids.
