This hotel is Perfect for the family because the location is mid of Gading Serpong & facilities from the hotel. You can swim with your family in this pool, wide & clean. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and it didn't take long to check in. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean & you can open the balcony door to see the view outside the room. I am very satisfied with this hotel and the price offered. Thank you.

I couldn't check in until 18.00, they said the room wasn't ready. First they said I could check in at 16.00, I called and again they said it wasn't ready. They promised to call me back in 10 minutes and again no call at all. I called few times and the answer still the same with no certainty. Until 18.00 they called again and said "They don't have time to call me and inform that the room is ready". Great! (I think they just prepare the room after I complained through traveloka and trying to cancel the booking) Room was ok, yellowing old linen, but clean enough. No compliment from hotel for the late check in problems. As expected.

I'm so satisfied with the service, the room, the food and overall its beyond my expectations. I would definitely re stay again to staycation while I'm in Serpong again. The room, was really spacious than I thought, the best thing is they have balcony. I can watch Youtube and Netflix and the other apps while in the room. The food, was really great. Various kind of food. Overall I was over satisfied! Thank you.

I stayed on weekend for just one night. The room is not bad, but not that great too! Quite clean, but the most highlight thing that I could tell is just the breakfast were incomplete, I mean for the main course you guys should put more proteins instead of lots of carbo. Over all is good.

Hotel location is strategic, near to shopping mall, its like semi apartement hotel. I checked in at around 14.00 and my room AC didn't work well ask for another room but they send me Technician, and we wait until 18.00 until the reparation for Ac is done. Great job Technician team.
