The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in, always reminding us not to leave our belongings behind. The hotel's location is very accessible, close to the city center. The food suited my tastes; I ordered spaghetti bolognese and hot chocolate in the evening. In the morning, I ordered garlic spaghetti and concentrated orange juice. So far, I've enjoyed the food. Hopefully, they'll add more menu items in the future. This hotel is highly recommended.

I'd recommend this hotel if you're visiting Bogor. The rooms are quite spacious, with comfortable parquet floors. I especially liked the mini-fridge and water heater. There's also a wardrobe, work desk, TV, and cool air conditioning. The bathroom is comfortable, with soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste provided, and hot water is also available. The receptionist was also pleasant and the check-in process was quite quick. There's a Rp 100,000 key deposit, which is refunded upon check-out. There's also a swimming pool next to the lobby. And you don't have to worry about going hungry here, as there are plenty of trendy eateries nearby, such as Pagi Sore, Trio, Pizza Hut, Kopi Kenangan, and Harvest. There's also an Indomaret across the street from the hotel. There are also vendors selling fried rice, Padang satay, ramen, mixed vegetables, and even duck salad, all within walking distance. The hotel is also close to the Bogor ring road, making it a strategic location for me, who commutes to Sentul.

The hotel staff was very friendly and provided full service. I had a late breakfast, it was already 11 a.m. and the dining area had already been cleaned, but the staff still provided more for my family and me. They even brought the food for me. The staff were very tolerant. The room was clean and smelled good, and the pool was also nice. When I went swimming that afternoon, they served me fried noodles with a welcome drink. I definitely want to stay at Arch Hotel again because of its full service.
