I was having breakfast with my husband and 8-month-old son. My husband was wandering around the food stalls. My son and I were at the dining table. Then a staff member approached me and asked, "Ma'am, is there anything I can help you with?" I was so touched, I've never been treated like this before in a 5-star hotel 😭. The staff really cared. Even though I wasn't in any distress at the dining table (like my son having a tantrum or something), the hotel staff were very attentive and kept an eye on the guests. Artotel's service is top-notch.

It was a pleasure to have the experience of staying at the Langham Hotel, because it was my birthday I got a room upgrade, the room was very luxurious and comfortable, especially the bathroom with complete facilities, the swimming pool with the best view, also the staff was kind and friendly. I stayed for 2 days in a family room, the room was very big/spacious, clean, there were 3 beds that were also big, the bathroom was separate from the toilet so it was nice, no need to queue if someone had to go to the toilet, towels and toiletries were complete and clean. The food in the restaurant was very varied from western to traditional, my kids really liked it there. Incidentally, I have stayed there twice, last year. That's why I took this hotel again, the access is very easy, there are 2 big malls that are shopping options. The staff is friendly and quick to respond, when the bathroom fan broke down they were quickly fixed, needed an iron quickly delivered, basically very satisfied. Next time if I have a staycation with my family, God willing, I will be at this hotel again. Maintain or improve the service. Thank you.
