this hotel gave us best experience for family holiday, even their hotel is 3 star hotel, but they served us like 5 star hotel, they have children pool, and the food taste was delicious, the staff was friendly, the one thing that they didn't have was only the gym.

I was disappointed staying here. The hotel wasn't very comfortable, especially the swimming pool. There was sand on the bottom of the pool, and the changing and shower rooms were also poorly maintained. The staff at the reception were also unfriendly.

It's best to book well in advance because same-day check-in is difficult.
Make sure you don't arrive during critical power outage seasons, as the power outage delays are quite worrying.
I didn't book breakfast because it was just a short layover. Compared to booking with the Accor group, a little extra would get me a suite at Aston, which is pretty good, as long as it's only a one-time visit. If it's a longer stay, I'll have to think about it.

The bed, cover, and bedding were faded, with dirty spots and dust. The room smelled bad during our visit. Each room should also have free bottled water, not the gallons found on each floor.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! DISAPPOINTMENT
From the moment I arrived at the reception, they were rude and unhelpful. The reception staff's communication skills needed to be improved, including system details. They didn't understand occupancy rates and extranet management. They couldn't handle complaints, but instead got angry (both Mr. Aldi and the rude girl on the afternoon shift). They had no knowledge of guests, saying things like "I'll help you, sorry, yes, thank you." The information stated that I was getting a room with a view on the 3rd and 2nd floors, but it was blocked by the iron icon.
For a 4-star Aston hotel, room #501 on the 5th floor had two torn towels! In room #316, the toilet was crusty with soap, there were no torn towels, the toilet glass was moldy, and the toilet door was falling off.
However, I was greatly helped by the bellboy and housekeeping who quickly helped my family who were confused about directions, helped deliver snacks, and took the initiative to quickly provide drinks from the dirty, moldy glass dispenser!
It should be repaired immediately because this Aston Lampung City hotel is 4 stars but in reality the facilities and services are actually less than a budget hotel like Fave or Ibis🙏🏻

First, the cleanliness of the room, when I entered the room there were still lots of hairs in every corner, the door to the room was dusty inside and out. Second, the wifi was super slow, the water heater was broken, the refrigerator was broken, and third, the atmosphere was a bit creepy in the hallway and bathroom.

I stayed one night in a Superior (Smoking) room for both business and a family vacation. Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness was very poor. I found numerous cigarette butts on the balcony and dirt under the mattress. Shampoo was very limited, and the dispenser was fragile. Housekeeping should have been more attentive to ensuring it was available before guests arrived. The room lights also flickered when turned on, which was quite disturbing.
The swimming pool was overcrowded in the morning due to children's lessons, making it uncomfortable for visitors. The changing rooms were also poorly maintained and resembled a warehouse. Breakfast was quite varied and standard.
The location is strategic, but many aspects need improvement, especially cleanliness and facilities.

Sorry, for a hotel like Aston, the room is dirty, there is dust on the tables, it looks like they haven't been cleaned for a long time, the bathroom mat needs to be replaced because it's really uncomfortable for a hotel bathroom mat, the water isn't warm at all, the TV picture is blurry

Although at first I was annoyed because I had booked 3 rooms through the application, during the check-in process, 1 room was said to be fully booked and asked to upgrade to a higher room. But after a polite discussion with the staff, finally the best solution was given. In terms of comfort and food, the restaurant is good

the hotel is good. close to the city and the crowds, many Alfamart Indomaret around, many ATMs. it's a shame that the rooms are not well maintained and not cleaned to standard. the room is a bit dark, the corridor lights are dim, the bathroom is not very clean but not too dirty. it's not bad if it's just for resting.
