We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

All the staffs are friendly. The check in process went well. Many thanks to Aston Pasteur for upgrading our room from Superior Room to Executive Deluxe Room for free. The room is spacious, clean, and super comfy. Breakfast was delicious too.

it's very nice hotels at good location, easy to find and easy access in and out from the tollway. very helpful staff. wish to would definitely return to stay at the hotel again when we go to Bandung.

The choice to stay at Aston Pasteur is because of its close access to the toll gate.. the check-in time was long, the check-out time we were called and reminded to check out, it felt like we were being rushed.., even though it wasn't time yet... the staff in the lobby were unresponsive, the wifi was slow... the room was still comfortable and clean, there was a warm water swimming pool for children, the food was still varied.. the protein and fiber composition were also lacking.. overall the quality of this hotel felt like it had decreased compared to my previous experience staying at this hotel..

if possible, the breakfast food should taste good..no taste. lack of chili sauce.. in the omelet place, just put the sauce, it's enough.. don't put everything in the omelet place. because sometimes visitors don't want to leave the room.. in the porridge there is no chili sauce..

For the price of the hotel and the facilities are quite okay in comparison. Only the staff at breakfast may be a bit lacking because as far as the eye can see only 1 or 2 are visible and busy cleaning up and others, so wanting to ask or request something is a bit difficult while the guests who are having breakfast are full.

Choose a family room, the AC is Central AC is not cold enough in my opinion, but because Bandung is already cold, it's just cool
The room is clean and spacious

Aston hotel never disappoints. Everything is good.. The AC in the room is cold, access is close to the city center and in front of the hotel there is a souvenir center, no need to go far to buy souvenirs, there is an Indomaret next to it, basically it's ok. The swimming pool for children is also quite good and there is a hot water pool for children, fun. The only thing lacking is the breakfast is not very varied but it's not bad.. overall 9/10

Very good. Only the parking lot is not enough, the access is because it is located on the main road entering and exiting the toll road so it is congested. For the facilities, food and cleanliness of the room are very good. Excellent ๐

The check in/out process was fast. The hot water jacuzzi was okay, really hot, not just warm. Had a chance to get locked in the elevator for about 10 minutes after it dropped a bit on the 9th floor, couldn't go up/down/open the door. The next day the elevator had a sign saying it was under repair.

I've stayed here several times and overall it's very good, from the staff, room, bf, nothing failed.. it's just that yesterday I stayed Sunday-Monday, it turned out that the hot water jacuzzi was off when I asked, it turned out that it was only on for the weekend, so I was a little disappointed because I had invited my parents to enjoy soaking in the hot water jacuzzi but it turned out they couldn't..

The room for family was very nice and spacious but not really clean, apparently there were two lizards and few mosquitoes appeared in my room. There was a lot of food choices in the breakfast but the taste is just ok (not really good but not really bad). In-room dining was very good and the price is affordable.
