We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

All the staffs are friendly. The check in process went well. Many thanks to Aston Pasteur for upgrading our room from Superior Room to Executive Deluxe Room for free. The room is spacious, clean, and super comfy. Breakfast was delicious too.

- There was a musky and damp smell in the hallways on my floor. It triggered my allergies.- My pillowcase was ripped and didn't look very clean.- The Wi-Fi was TERRIBLE!

The choice to stay at Aston Pasteur is because of its close access to the toll gate.. the check-in time was long, the check-out time we were called and reminded to check out, it felt like we were being rushed.., even though it wasn't time yet... the staff in the lobby were unresponsive, the wifi was slow... the room was still comfortable and clean, there was a warm water swimming pool for children, the food was still varied.. the protein and fiber composition were also lacking.. overall the quality of this hotel felt like it had decreased compared to my previous experience staying at this hotel..

The room AC is not cold enough even though the temperature is already at its lowest. Especially during the day and evening. The hotel food lacks flavor. Crowded. Slow food replenishment.
The good thing is, the room facilities are okay. Very good cleanliness. Cool facilities. All furniture and bed covers are good and clean. The bed is soft. 4 long pillows. Comfortable. The bathroom facilities are very good. Although the distance is quite far from the city.
Suggestion: fix the things that are lacking. The rest will be very perfect. This hotel is worth recommending.
