I had a good experience to stay with this hotel, the room was clean and comfy. The breakfast had so many options, the family room was with an affordable price, all the staff were so nice, the check-in and check-out process were super easy, the service and amenities made the stay so enjoyable.

We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

This hotel is strategically located for us because it is close to our activity area, generally clean, because the hotel is quite old so some of the furniture has started to look old/worn out. for the pool there is a hot pool so it is fun for relaxation, there is also a sauna. the breakfast menu is quite varied, the taste of the food in my opinion is special, what is great is the service.. the restaurant staff always walks around and checks for dirty plates and glasses and immediately takes them away. they also always ensure our comfort as guests. basically this is special for us, we highly recommend staying here.

I booked two rooms. From the first day after the room key exchange, the key to the other room didn't work. Luckily, an officer delivered the bag, so it was quickly exchanged. On the second day, the key wouldn't work. I asked my child to recharge the key, but it still wouldn't work. Then I called the receptionist to ask for help from the officer, but unfortunately, the officer took a long time to arrive. My mother, my baby, and I waited outside for 15 minutes, and luckily, my husband came from outside to deliver the key to the other room, so I could get in. I called again. Then the officer arrived. After that, the door that couldn't be opened was fixed. Then I forgot my hair straightener. I contacted the hotel and found the item I left behind. But is it true that if we leave our things behind, the hotel can't contact us? Everyone just said sorry for the inconvenience.

A very well-maintained and clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and very comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly, and check-in and check-out are very fast.
The restaurant is large and easy to find seating. The food is varied. The only thing lacking is the fruit, which is served in small bowls. A vegetarian menu or ordering options could be added.

The staff were all friendly, the security was friendly, and everyone was well-served. Check-in was very fast, as was check-out. The room was large, clean, and fragrant, but unfortunately, the noise from outside was too much because the room faced the street. Breakfast was quite varied and delicious, and the service was very friendly.
