I had a good experience to stay with this hotel, the room was clean and comfy. The breakfast had so many options, the family room was with an affordable price, all the staff were so nice, the check-in and check-out process were super easy, the service and amenities made the stay so enjoyable.

The location is strategic, not far from the Pasteur toll exit. Upon check-in, we were informed that we could be upgraded to a family room... What a nice surprise. The room was clean, the AC was cool, and all the other room amenities were fine. The staff was also friendly. Overall, it was okay. Recommended to stay again next time I'm in Bandung.

Overall, everything was pleasant and satisfactory. However, a few staff members could be more friendly. In addition, some restaurant equipment during breakfast was not always readily available, and the waiters/waitresses appeared to need further training to meet the service standards expected of a hotel of Aston’s caliber.

During my stay, it was quite comfortable. Unfortunately, the soundproofing from outside was not good, you could still hear the sound of vehicles from the road. There were many choices for breakfast and it was quite delicious. Thank you, Aston Pasteur.

I tried out a family room with a queen bed and a single bed on a whim. I brought two children over 5 years old and a one-year-old baby. You can imagine the mess, hehe. I brought my kids' supplies, but thankfully, the room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly. We booked a 3-bedroom family suite. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the chicken soto. I really liked it. It's a shame the broth wasn't hot enough. It would have been better if it were hotter, hehehe. Overall, the hotel was nice and comfortable. Next time I go to Bandung, I'll probably book another Aston Hotel.
